Libel

A libel action can cost a publication dear. So too can malicious falsehood. This practical course is designed to help avoid such an eventuality. Concentrating on the everyday issues rather than what sub-section of what paragraph of what Act, we aim to give editors, publishers, web-content managers, print journalists and others who deal with published material, a clear guide to what they can and cannot safely say.

Tuhe tutor guides delegates the delicate minefield that is defamation. Delegates will make practical decisions using real-life examples and exercises. A full set of course notes is supplied.
